HEP Sales is currently seeking Sales Associates to join our team.

The successful candidate will participate in the sales effort by serving customers in the retail store, checking the warehouse for product availability and location, and providing assistance to Store Manager and Assistant Manager in meeting budgets, goals, and targets.  Hours may vary from week to week, and include weekend hours.  No nights.

Qualifications/Experience:

·         High school diploma or GED

·         Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing knowledge  (knowledge in at least one required)

·         Work experience in sales, merchandising, and customer service very helpful

·         Ability to stand for long periods of time, bending, and moderate lifting are required

·         Excellent communication and customer service skills

·         Team oriented

·         Demonstrated strong work ethic
